- Summer Maintenance (High-Temperature Environment)
- Enhanced cooling: clean radiators and coolers daily; ensure good ventilation; check cooling-fan operation and replace fan belts if necessary.
- Oil protection: shorten the lubricating-oil change interval (recommended: 1,500 h) to prevent oil degradation caused by high temperature.
- Drainage frequency: increase condensate draining to 2–3 times per day to avoid excessive moisture under high temperature and humidity.
Winter Maintenance (Low-Temperature Environment)
- Freeze protection: after shutdown, completely drain condensate from air receiver and pipelines to prevent ice expansion and cracking; outdoor equipment should be wrapped with thermal insulation (pipes, tanks).
- Lubricant selection: switch to low-temperature oil (e.g., ISO VG 32) to avoid poor fluidity at low oil temperature.
- Start-up warm-up: in low ambient temperature, run the unit unloaded for 5–10 min before loading, allowing oil and machine temperature to rise.
