- 1. Air filter element:
Function: Filter dust in the air to prevent it from entering the main engine and causing wear on the rotor and cylinder;
Maintenance: Clean once every 100 hours (blow back with compressed air), replace every 2000 hours or when the pressure difference is ≥ 0.05MPa;
Attention: If the filter paper is damaged after cleaning, it should be replaced immediately to avoid impurities penetrating.
2. Oil filter element:
Function: Filter metal debris and impurities in lubricating oil to ensure lubrication purity;
Replacement cycle: Replace the lubricating oil synchronously every 2000 hours, and do not use it beyond the expiration date (otherwise the filter element will be clogged and cause insufficient oil supply).
3. Oil and gas separator:
Function: Separate oil mist from compressed air to ensure exhaust quality;
Replacement cycle: Replace every 4000 hours or when the pressure difference is ≥ 0.1MPa;
Attention: When replacing, check whether the sealing ring is intact and install it in place to avoid air leakage.
