- Fault 1: Insufficient exhaust pressure
Reason: clogged intake filter element, leaking pipeline, low pressure switch setting, worn piston ring;
Solution: Clean/replace the intake filter element; Check the pipeline joints and tighten the leaking parts; Reset the pressure switch (recommended 0.7-0.8MPa); Replace worn parts in a timely manner.
Fault 2: Equipment overheating (temperature>95 ℃)
Reason: blocked heat sink, insufficient/deteriorated lubricating oil, faulty cooling fan, high ambient temperature;
Solution: Clean the heat sink; Supplement/replace lubricating oil; Check the fan motor, repair or replace it; Improve ventilation environment and avoid direct sunlight.
Fault 3: Abnormal noise/vibration during operation
Reason: Loose bolts, worn bearings, carbon buildup on the rotor, belt slippage (belt type);
Solution: Fully tighten the bolts of the components; Replace worn bearings; Clean the carbon deposits on the rotor; Adjust the belt tension or replace the aging belt.
